<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal hydraulic pressure canceling mechanism, capable of restraining a hydraulic fluid from being leaked out of a canceller chamber when stopping an operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This centrifugal hydraulic pressure canceling mechanism includes: a piston 3 movable along an axial direction by pressure of the hydraulic fluid in a pressure chamber 10; a partitioning wall 4 provided in an opposite side of the pressure chamber 10 with respect to the piston 3, and for defining the canceller chamber 20 together with the piston 3; and a return spring 5 for energizing the piston 3 toward a neutral position thereof. The centrifugal hydraulic pressure canceling mechanism includes separately an oil supply hole 1B for supplying the hydraulic fluid to the canceller chamber 20, and an oil discharge hole 4A for discharging the hydraulic fluid from the canceller chamber 20. The oil supply hole 1B is formed in a rotary shaft 1, and the oil discharge hole 4A is formed in the partitioning wall 4. The centrifugal hydraulic pressure canceling mechanism further includes a valve gear 6 provided on the oil discharge hole 4A, for opening the oil discharge hole 4A when rotating the rotary shaft 1, and for closing the oil discharge hole 4A when stopping the rotary shaft 1.
