PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a gripping portion of a grip body move out from a recess of a pedestal of an assist grip when a door opens. SOLUTION: Both ends of the grip body 20 are rotatably mounted on the pedestal 40 of the assist grip 10. A first link 32 fixed to a rotating shaft of the grip body 20 is rotated in the same way as the grip body 20, and the grip body 20 is energized in a direction in which the gripping portion 23 of the grip body 20 projects out from the recess 48 of the pedestal 40 to the outside. When the door 70 closes, the door 70 pushes a second link 33 rotatably coupled to the first link 32, and the grip body 20 is positioned in the recess 48.
