<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure by dispensing with a strain relief structure peculiar to a housing or a cover. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This connector 10 includes terminal fittings 90 connected to the terminal of a wire 100, the housing 20 in which the terminal fittings 90 are housed, and the cover 60 mounted to the housing 20 to coat the wire 100 taken out from the housing 20. A housing body 21 surrounding the terminal fittings 90 and having the outlet of the wire 100 is provided in the housing 20. A cover body 61 externally fit to the housing body 21 is provided in the cover 60. When the cover 60 is mounted to the housing 20, the wire 100 is held between the outer surface of the housing body 21 and the inner surface of the cover body 61 with the wire folded back so as to lie parallel with the outer surface of the housing body 21.
