PURPOSE: An IPTV and an audience rating survey system using the same are provided to automatically perform audience rating survey in real time without interference of a user or additional device. CONSTITUTION: A camera(111) pickup an object in real time. A fractal dimension operating device(112) calculates a fractal dimension exponent value of a picked up image. A channel information transmitting unit(117) transmits a selected channel. A controller(121) controls the channel information transmit unit to transmit the channel information according to the change of the fractal dimension exponent value. |
