DRIVING DEVICE FOR ACTUATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress resonant vibration of a movable part caused by a high harmonic component when an actuator having the movable part pivotally supported swingably by a pair of torsion bars with respect to a fixed part is driven by a drive signal having a waveform including a high harmonic component. SOLUTION: The driving device is provided with: a waveform memory 1 storing waveform data; an amplitude computing unit 2 computing the amplitude of a drive signal based on the swing angle information of the movable part; a D/A converter 3 converting a digital drive signal from the amplitude computing unit 2 into an analog drive signal; a notch filter 4 removing a resonant frequency component at which the movable part resonantly vibrates from the analog drive signal; and a drive signal supplying unit 5 supplying the drive signal to the movable part based on the filter output of the notch filter 4.
