PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for ensuring the accuracy of a statistical value and data confidentiality in data sum-up processing using disturbance processing and reconfiguration processing. SOLUTION: The disturbance apparatus performs conversion processing by using a function capable of defining an inverse function on input data, performs the disturbance processing on converted data obtained by the conversion processing, and transmits disturbance data obtained by the disturbance processing. The reconfiguration apparatus receives the disturbance data from the disturbance apparatus, performs the reconfiguration processing on the received disturbance data, calculates the statistical value statistically obtained from the converted data, and performs inverse conversion processing by using the inverse function of the function used in the conversion processing on the statistical value.
