A composition which may be moulded to film of fibre having improved affinity to dyes, comprises a polyolefin and a copolymer of ethylene with N-vinyl carbazole, acrylamide, methacrylamide or an N-substituted acrylamide or methacrylamide. An organic metal salt or complex salt also may be present, e.g. a Cq, Mg, Al, Zn, Co, Ni, Ti, Cr, Cu, Fe or Mn higher fatty acid salt.
