<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyester for a surface thermal-shaping optical film which can be shaped to a wide variety of shapes such as a thermal shaping ability to a surface, in particular, an ultrahigh precision, and a high aspect ratio, and has an excellent transparency and heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the optical film, when the optical film in which a polyester resin containing internal particles is at least one layer is manufactured, an extruding kneader is provided which melts and kneads the polyester resin containing the internal particles. The method comprises a kneading step in which the solution haze of the polyester resin containing the internal particles before kneading is≥5% and <75%, and the solution haze after melting and kneading is reduced≥25% at a relative ratio as compared to that before kneading. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
