<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for pipe measuring instrument which is readily pipe-weldable and has high accuracy to a connection pipe member, even if a short pipe part erected from a peripheral surface of the pipe to the outside is thin and short. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a fixing structure for pipe measuring instrument, the short-pipe part 2 is erected from the peripheral surface of the pipe 1 to the outside, and the connection pipe member 3 is welded to the short-pipe part 2, and the measuring instrument S is connected to the connection pipe member 3. In the structure, a protrusion 31 is formed in elongated fashion to cover a bonding part 5 to the short-pipe part 2, inside the short-pipe part side end of the connection pipe member 3, and the short-pipe part 2 and the connection pipe member 3 are welded together through electron-beam welding.
