PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a method for anchoring reinforcements to a reinforced concrete structure, which can be applied even to a location disabling the application of a semicircular hook, which can minimize damage to a structure by making a drilled hole diameter smaller than in the case of mechanical anchorage, and which can reduce the used amount of a filler. SOLUTION: This structure includes the one set of reinforcements 10 which are arranged almost in parallel, and a connecting member 20 which is attached to an end of each of the reinforcements 10 so as to integrally connect the reinforcements 10 together. The connecting member 20 includes connecting portions 21 which face the reinforcements 10 to be connected together, respectively, and a body portion 22 which is laid between the respective connecting portions 21.
