The wall (10) has a set of wall elements (12a, 12b) arranged one behind the other in a wall longitudinal direction (11), where adjacent front sides (13a, 13b) of the wall elements are connected with each other. The wall elements are provided with self centered guiding units (14a, 14b) at front sides. The guiding units include two guiding surfaces that are pushed together into a wall middle plane and aligned diagonal to the wall longitudinal direction. The guiding units at the adjacent front sides of the wall elements are formed complementary to each other. The guiding unit is formed as a triangular groove. The wall comprises a steel profile frame with a section filled with concrete.
