PURPOSE: An indirect water-cooled LED lighting apparatus is provided rapidly cool heat generated in an LED by increasing the contact area between a thermal conduction pipe and cooling water. CONSTITUTION: A water jacket(14) stores cooling water. An insulating lid plate(20) covers the upper side of the water jacket. A printed circuit board(12) is arranged in the upper side of the insulating lid plate. An LED(10) is installed on the printed circuit board. A thermal conduction pipe(30) is arranged in the internal space of the water jacket. The thermal conduction pipe conducts heat generated in an LED to the cooling water. A plurality of penetration holes(32) are formed in the girth surface of the thermal conduction pipe.
