RACE SPECIFIC PRIMERS FOR DETECTING BACTERIAL WILT OF RALSTONIA SOLANACEARUM

PURPOSE: A primer for bacterial wilt of Ralstonia solanacearum-specific diagnosis is provided to accurately and quickly diagnose race of the bacterial wilt of Ralstonia solanacearum through PCR. CONSTITUTION: A primer for diagnosis of bacterial wilt of Ralstonia solanacearum comprises a sequence of sequence number 1 and sequence of sequence number 2, 7, or 8. A primer set comprising sequences of sequence numbers 1 and 2 is specific to bacterial wilt race 1 and 3. A primer set comprising sequences of sequence number 1 and 7 or 8 is specific to bacterial wilt race 1 or 3. A primer for specifically determining Ralstonia bacteria comprises sequences of sequence numbers 5 and 6. A method for diagnosis of bacterial wilt of Ralstonia solanacearum comprises: a step of amplifying plant tissue or bacterial culture using the primer comprising sequences of sequence number 1 and 2, 7, or 8; and a step of identifying size of PCR product to determine infection of bacterial wilt.
