<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying apparatus and an ink supplying apparatus which satisfy an explosion-proofing specification and are superior in safety. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The drying apparatus includes: an air nozzle 42 capable of blowing air to the web W in a drying part capable of drying an ink of a web W printed; an electric heater 40 capable of heating the air fed toward the air nozzle 42 so as to vaporize the solvent of the ink; a circulating blower 41 for circulating the air in an air circulating flow path R consisting of an air recovering flow path R1 for recovering the air blown from the air nozzle 42, and an air blowing flow path R2 for blowing the recovered air toward the air nozzle 42 through the electric heater 40; and a fresh air feeding blower 88 capable of feeding a fresh air in the air circulating flow path R.
