PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition capable of forming a conductive coating film of low specific resistance at a low temperature in a short time, and capable of forming satisfactorily the conductive coating film even on a base material of low heat resistance, to provide a method of forming the conductive coating film using the conductive composition, and to provide the conductive coating film.

SOLUTION: This conductive composition contains a metal material (A) having 20×10-6Ωcm or less of electric resistivity, fatty acid silver salt (B) having one or more of hydroxyl group, and secondary fatty acid silver salt (C) obtained by using the secondary fatty acid having 200°C or less of boiling point.
