PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining material which can be attached on a concrete wall surface with an interposed mortar layer with high fixing strength and which is excellent in workability, when protecting and repairing the concrete structure constituting such as a canal or the like. SOLUTION: The lining material 1 includes a soft lining sheet 10 and a rigid core body 11 integrally disposed on a rear surface of the lining sheet 10 to be embedded in the mortar layer. The core body 11 has a plurality of corrugated strips 12... with projecting parts 13... and recessed parts 14... alternately continuing in the longitudinal direction. The corrugated strips 12... have the bottom faces of the recessed parts 14.... fused on the rear surface of the lining sheet 10 and are arranged at intervals almost in parallel with each other.
