<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply apparatus for suppressing drop of output voltage of the switching power supply apparatus when a load suddenly changes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control circuit 110 includes a control terminal CONTROL coupled to receive signals from power voltage generating circuits 25 and 26, a switch control circuit 20 adjusting a switching operation of a switching element 1 in accordance with a voltage signal Vcc which the control terminal CONTROL receives and a dummy load circuit 100 connected to the control terminal CONTROL.
