<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device, which can execute predischarging from recording heads with nozzle tips arranged in zigzags onto a sheet and in which the transfer of ink from the sheet received with the ink is reduced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this inkjet recording device, recording of images and predischarging are executed to the sheet 10 with a full-multi recording head 1, in which nozzle tips 60 are arranged in zigzags in such a manner as some part of the nozzles 8 of the nozzle tips have an overlapping region 58. Rollers 6 and 16 contacted with the recording face of the sheet respectively has contact parts 16a with the sheet and non-contact parts 16c, wherein the contact parts are formed at a plurality of positions corresponding to all the plurality of nozzle tips in a second direction, while the non-contact parts are formed at positions corresponding at least to the overlapping regions in the second direction.
