PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting device for a two-stage transfer means for preventing a pickup error by maintaining pickup work efficiency, by improving sorting efficiency per installation area with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In this sorting device, a plurality of taking-out parts 140 on the downstream side of a plurality of upper stage chute means 120 and lower stage chute means 130 arranged on the respective sides of an upper stage transfer means 110 and a lower stage transfer means 115, are aligned and arranged in a row in parallel to the transfer direction, wholly in the same height. The chute means 120 and 130 have an introducing part 121 composed of a conveyor mechanism of moving in the same direction as the transfer direction of the transfer means 110 and 115, and a carrying part 122 for carrying out a carrying object up to the taking-out parts from the introducing part 121.
