The cooling arrangement has a heat producing component, particularly electrical or electronic construction unit or module that is cooled. Multiple cooling plates (2) are connected with the surface in heat conducting manner and a cooling agent flows through cooling plates. The cooling plates are arranged serially, so that cooling agent flows through successively. A thermal compound is arranged between cooling plates and refreshing surface, where the cooling plates are made up of aluminum. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a heating arrangement with a cooling agent; and (2) an electric device with power electronics.
