<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic image displaying method by which images are stereoscopically viewed by simple devices. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of reproducing moving images photographed by a video camera or the like on two display devices 20, 22 corresponding to right and left eyes, when the movement of an image has a speed in a fixed range and the movement of the moving image has the same directional components as the array directions of the two display devices 20, 22, an image to be sent to the display device 20 or 22 located on the moving direction side of the moving image is slightly delayed by a delay device 16, and then the delayed image is sent to the display device 20 or 22.
