<p>The coffee machine comprises a coffee grinding device (9), a brewing device (5), a brewing water source, a flow meter (8) arranged before the brewing device, a device (16) for displaying a flow rate determined by the flow meter, a device for a user-specific setting of the grinding grade of the coffee grinding device, a device for processing measurement data obtained by the flow meter and for conservation of the measurement data into display data such as brewing pressure, and a device for comparing the measurement data of the flow meter with a limit.
