FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mini-extruder for processing of material. Technical result is achieved in extruder for processing of material, which comprises cylinder of extruder including channel of cylinder and at least one auger of extruder installed in cylinder channel. Besides channel of cylinder comprises inlet part arranged upstream for supply of material for processing, and downstream outlet part joined to outlet of extruder for material that has been processed in extruder. Moreover, at least one auger of extruder has length-diametre ratio of less than 20:1. Besides extruder comprises at least one circulating channel passing in cylinder from outlet part of cylinder channel and at least two circulating outlets, which connect circulating channel with cylinder channel arranged near upstream till outlet part. Extruder comprises device to send material at least in one circulating channel and circulating outlets and/or outlet of extruder. ^ EFFECT: creation of extruder having integral design suitable to process wide range of polymer materials available in small portions. ^ 7 cl, 1 dwg |
