FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to winnowers for cleaning of sieve boots from stuck seed beetles and other components of grain pile, and may be used in other industries using screen machines for separation of loose materials. Device for cleaning of winnower sieve boots comprises reflecting surface with ledges and longitudinal sides, sides are arranged with bushes arranged on their side surfaces with longitudinal slots, where transverse partitions are installed with the possibility of reciprocal motion in the form of bars having diametre d, creating cells closed with sieve, which cleaning balls of D diametre installed in them, less than height of sides. Longitudinal sides and frame of sieve are made of veneer, and transversal bars - of noise absorbing material. At the same time bars are installed with the possibility of reciprocal motion by value (D+d) in longitudinal slots with length (D+2d) and depth more than d, arranged on upper surface of longitudinal sides, besides their centre is located over ledges of reflecting surface, and distance from reflecting surface to transverse bars is less than D. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of sieves cleaning, and also simplified design and improved operational characteristics of device. ^ 2 dwg |
