PURPOSE: A synthetic resin article attached with a photo-catalyst particle is provided to attach the photo-catalyst particle to a curing layer of the synthetic resin without using a binder. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin article(100) attached with a photo-catalyst particle comprises the following: a synthetic resin including a glass transition temperature which changes into a rubber having elasticity before changing from solid to liquid; a curing layer sprayed on the surface of the synthetic resin; and the photo-catalyst particle(20) partially injected to the inside of the curing layer and exposing a part of the curing layer to the outside. The photo-catalyst particle is formed with TiO_2.
