PURPOSE: A floating matter disposal device is provided to easily install and maintain the disposal device, and to prevent environment pollution by disposing floating matters. CONSTITUTION: A floating matter disposal device is composed as follows. Multiple through holes are formed in a floating matter collecting unit(110). The floating matter collecting unit collects floating matters through the through holes. Floating matter guide wires(120) guide the floating matters to the floating matter collecting unit. Wire fixing and controlling units(130a~130d) control the height of the floating matter guide wires. A buckle spring cylinder(140) applies tension to the floating matter guide wires.
