PURPOSE: A packed electrolyzing scrubber for removing foul odors is provided to improve the effectiveness of removing foul odors by using a physicochemical reaction on the wide vapor-liquid contact area using a media filled to the upper side of an absorptive tower and hypochlorous acid. CONSTITUTION: A packed electrolyzing scrubber for removing foul odors comprises the following: a lower absorptive tower(30) filled with a constant level of salt water(32) and includes a blower(10) and a sludge outlet(21); a drawer type electrolysis device(40) immersed in the salt water in the lower absorptive tower; a power supply device(41) supplying electricity and a polarity conversion function to the drawer type electrolysis device; plural air diffusers(12) supplying air to the drawer type electrolysis device; an upper absorptive tower(31) installed on the lower absorptive tower and includes a scentless gas exhausting unit(20); an ion water generating pipe(52) supplying electrolyzed water to the upper absorptive tower; and water spray nozzle(53) supplying the electrolyzed water.
