FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: drum comprises resonating cavity, having outer surface, which a musician strikes and which is intended to reproduce a range of sounds, and facilities providing for the possibility of alteration or variation of reproduced sounds by user. At the same time inside resonating cavity there is a beetle of large diametre having handle and head. The end of handle that is distant from head is installed with the possibility of rotation, so that head may selectively be brought in contact with inner surface of resonating cavity with performance of strike, and facility, relative to which specified handle may execute rotation, passes beyond the limits of resonating cavity. At the same time foot pedal may be attached to drum, which, when actuated by musician, causes rotation of beetle head and provides for strike against inner surface. ^ EFFECT: development of drum that is able to reproduce sounds of various styles, changing range and frequency of sounds. ^ 2 cl, 11 dwg |
