MONITORING SYSTEM USING DIRECTIONAL SENSOR AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A monitoring system using a pair of directional sensors is provided to prevent external intrusion without interference of normal activity of an interior residents by installing a directional sensor in indoor. CONSTITUTION: A monitor unit watches an objects entering into the indoor. A direction sensor(10) senses the object intruding into a first sensing area(E1) a second sensing area(E2) and outputs a detection signal corresponding sensing area. A controller receives the detection signal. A controller decides one movement direction of the first movement direction and the second movement direction. The controller controls an alarm operation according to a determination.
