PURPOSE: A method, a management device thereof, and a communications device thereof are provided to transmit multimedia contents with a P2P mode and connect to a communications network using a communications device. CONSTITUTION: When a P2P type communications application executed in a first peer is transmitted to a second peer in which a same communications application is executed, a first or a second communications network(R1,R2) is selected according to a selected criteria in order to execute transmission. The first peer is connected through the telecommunication device to the selected network and transmits data through the connected network with the P2P mode to the second peer.
