PURPOSE: A method for labeling and detecting or analyzing a target nucleic acid using bisPNA is provided to detect or analyze microRNA which is a target nucleic acid of low stability. CONSTITUTION: A bisPNA(peptide nucleic acid) is able to form a nucleic acid containing 6-200 sequential adenines and triplex strand. The bisPNA is denoted by formula 1. A method for detecting or analyzing the target nucleic acid comprises: a step of hybridizing the target nucleic acid with the bisPNA to form bisPNA-target nucleic acid triplex strand; and a step of detecting signal from the triplex strand.
