PURPOSE: A planer heating element and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain heat radiating effect regardless of the disconnection of one carbon hotwire by interlinking a plurality of carbon hotwires in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of carbon hotwires(11) are connected to in parallel. A plurality of carbon hotwires are respectively connected to + pole and - pole of a switch. Two aluminum thin plates(12,13) are respectively laminated above and under the carbon hotwire. Two cloths(14,15) are respectively welded above and under two aluminum thin plate. Two cloths have flameproof, the waterproofing, and an isolation function. An insulation non-woven fabric tape(16) is laminated under the lower part cloth among the two cloths. |
