PURPOSE: A recording control device and a method thereof are provided to facilitate network construction without the requirement of additional equipment such as mirroring equipment by recording call conversation contents using a third party call. CONSTITUTION: A reception unit(111) receives a voice recording request message from a first terminal during call connection between the first terminal and a second terminal. A connection unit(112) transmits a joining message corresponding to the voice recording request message to the first terminal and sets three party call connection among the first and the second terminals through the mixer of the first terminal. A recording unit(113) records the call contents between the first and the second terminals based on the third party call connection.
