PURPOSE: A coupling structure of rail and elevator for fire engine with ladder is provided, which prevent shaking, facilitates quick braking, and prevents noise by rubbing. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of rail and elevator for fire engine with ladder comprises: a ladder(12) carried on the top of backend in multi-stage; a pivotally installed turn-table; an elevator(13) which is movably settled on the upper side of the ladder; a rope which moves the elevator to the top and down and is connected to the inside of the turn-table; a holder member(100) covering four sides of the ladder frame; and a roller(200) pivotally installed between the ladder frame and holder member.
