CAPSULE OF X-RAY CONTRAST AGENT AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing contrast capsule for X-ray is provided to have long imaging time and to early diagnose circulatory diseases. CONSTITUTION: A contrast capsule for X-ray comprises a biocompatible polymer, a functional group having hydrophobic surface, or gold nanoparitcle which is substituted with functional group. The biocompatible polymer is coated with hydrophobic functional group, carboxyl group or mixture functional group thereof. A method for manufacturing the capsule comprises: a step of mixing the biocompatible polymer and functional group, carboxyl group or gold nanoparticle of mixture thereof to mixture solution; and a step of dropping mixture solution to deionized water and stirring.
