PURPOSE: A power cable core for wind power generation is provided to improve durability and increase a lifespan by combining reinforcing threads with a conductor. CONSTITUTION: A core(20) includes a plurality of conductors(12) and reinforcing threads(22). The reinforcing threads are arranged between the plurality of conductors. The reinforcing threads have an elongation of 6 to 25% and tensile strength of 5 to 120 Kgf/mm. The reinforcing threads are made of polyolefin, polyester, and cotton. A binder tape(14), an insulator(16), and an outer sheath(18) successively surround the outer surface of the conductor.
