NF-κB INHIBITOR CONTAINING ARH1 PROTEIN OR GENE ENCODING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An NF-kappaB inhibitor containing ARH1 protein or gene encoding the same is provided to suppress intracellular NF-kappa B and treat inflammatory disease, autoimmune diseases, or viral diseases. CONSTITUTION: A NF-kappa B inhibitor contains an ARH1 protein or gene encoding the same as an active ingredient. The ARH1 protein suppresses nuclear translocation of p50 or p65 of NF-kappaB. The NF-kappaB inhibitor is performed by binding ARH1 protein and TRADD(TNF receptor-associated death domain). The ARH1 protein or a gene encoding the same is derived from human. A composition for treating disease relating to NF-kappa abnormal activation contains the NF-kappaB inhibitor.
