PURPOSE: A spare tire carrier is provided to mount a spare tire on a vehicle body and separate it from the body and prevent the spare tire from being fallen and accordingly ensure the running stability of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A spare tire carrier comprises a wire(1), a winding device(2), a stopper ring(4) and a clasp. The winding device is able to wind and unwind the wire. The stopper ring is firmly installed at a vehicle body. The clasp is detachably connected to the stopper ring to prevent the falling of the spare tire.
