<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new platinum complex which has strong antitumor activity and is effective at smaller doses, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The platinum complex comprises spiro[4,4]nonane-1,6-diamine represented by formula (A) (wherein X and Y are identical to or different from each other and each represents a halogen or together form a bivalent residue represented by the formula: -OC(O)-R-C(O)O-; and R is a single bond or 1-6C linear or branched bivalent hydrocarbon residue, provided that the hydrocarbon residue optionally has an unsaturated bond and optionally forms a spiro structure) as a ligand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
