PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously reduce both difficulty of falsification and analysis of an embedment place of electronic watermark information, and trouble in time of a watermark information check. SOLUTION: This information processor has: an external input/output terminal 15A exchanging various kinds of information with a watermark information data decoder 20; a random logic 12 storing the watermark information; and a watermark information data output device 16 reading the watermark information from the random logic 12 based on a reading instruction signal inputted through the external input/output terminal 15A, and outputting the read watermark information through the external input/output terminal 15A by use of one output format of a plurality of preset output formats.
