PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a passenger to get on a vehicle with a comparatively easy posture even when a seat height is lowered, in a low floor type saddle-riding type vehicle having step floors carrying feet of a driver. SOLUTION: This low floor type saddle-riding type vehicle includes a main seat 41 on which the driver sits, a passenger seat on which a rear fellow passenger sits, the step floors 45a carrying the feet of the driver and pillion steps 46 carrying feet of the rear fellow passenger. A vehicle body frame 5 of the vehicle has a main frame part 10 extending backward from a head pipe for supporting a front wheel suspension system to be to steerable and indirectly and vertically oscillatably supporting a rear wheel suspension system. A lower end 46b of the pillion step 46 is arranged on front side and lower side of a shaft center C2 of a pivot shaft 38 for vertically and oscillatably supporting the rear wheel suspension system.
