PURPOSE: A manufacturing process method and a method to construct waterproof materials are provided to reduce the corrosion of an old concrete surface and to impart permanent water resistance to the floor of a concrete building. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing process method of waterproof materials comprises the steps of: mixing 10~20 % low-temperature paraffin wax, 20~30 % high temperature paraffin wax, and 30~40 % microwax which are waterproof materials, 15~30 % rosin, and 5~15 % polyester; obtaining a liquid by melting the mixture at a high temperature; putting the liquid into a mold or paper cup; and processing paraffin wax waterproof materials by cooling the liquid at a low temperature. |
