<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which no personal information is stored in a site, an information user makes contact with an information registrant when needing personal information, and the information registrant manages his or her personal information. <P>SOLUTION: E-mail is sent to an information registrant. The information registrant gives missing personal information only to the user who is determined to be adequate. Free mail or an e-mail system in which personal information is managed by individual is used. Each individual determines whether to disclose his or her personal information.
