<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new blood sugar level measurement device and measurement data management device, safely and certainly managing a patient having the same family name and personal name even in a patient registration request or the like from another computer system inside a hospital. <P>SOLUTION: The measurement data management device includes a computer system having a patient information table, transferring information related to a patient to a blood sugar meter measuring a blood sugar level of the patient, receiving the blood sugar level from the blood sugar meter recording the blood sugar level, and managing the blood sugar level in each patient. In the measurement data management device, the patient information table has: a patient ID field recording patient identification information; a patient full name field recording a full name of the patient; an input source field recording a registration request source of the patient; a same family and personal name flag field showing whether the patient with the same family and personal name as the patient is present or not; and a patient registration full name field recording a patient registration full name as the full name of the patient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
