<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device and an illumination fixture equipped with this LED lighting device wherein the light-emitting diode can be controlled in the constant current without requiring especial detection or control to the light-emitting diode. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lighting device 1 is equipped with a DC power supply circuit 2, a high-frequency generating circuit 3 which consists of an inverter circuit 6 having switching elements Q1, Q2 and a resonant circuit 7 having an inductor L1 and a capacitor C1 connected in series, in which the switching elements Q1, Q2 are on-off controlled at an unloaded resonant frequency f<SB>0</SB>of the resonant circuit 7, and which converts a DC voltage input from the DC power supply circuit 2 into a high-frequency AC voltage, a rectification smoothing circuit 4 in which the input side is connected between both ends of the capacitor C1 or both ends of the inductor L1, and a light-emitting diode 5 connected in series to the output side of the rectification smoothing circuit 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
