PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motorcycle disposing a cushion unit at a center part in a vehicle body width direction. SOLUTION: In the electric motorcycle in which a pivot shaft 12 is attached to a vehicle body frame F extending in a vehicle body fore and aft direction, a power drive unit 18 and a power generation motor 16 for traveling are attached to a swing arm 13 turning around the pivot shaft 12, the swing arm 13 is jointed to the vehicle body frame F through the cushion unit 14, and power supply from a battery 9 is supplied to the power generation motor 16 through the power drive unit 18, an upper end part 14a of the cushion unit 14 is attached to the vehicle body frame F side, and a lower end part 14b of the cushion unit 14 is disposed at a front part of the swing arm 13 and at more front side than an upper end part 14a of the cushion unit 14 in the vehicle body fore and aft direction.
