<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method and a program for quickly and easily selecting content data which can be simultaneously displayed in parallel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This information processor is configured to acquire display time zone information related with the display time zone of first content data displayed at a display device and second content data displayed in parallel with the first content data, and to compare first content attributes showing the contents of the first content data with second content attributes showing the contents of the second content data, and to, when the first content attributes are matched with the second content attributes, extract an overlap time zone in which the display time zones are overlapped based on the display time band information, and to display the first content data at the display device regardless of the extracted overlap time zone, and to display the second content data at the display device in the extracted overlap time zone, and not to display the second content data at the display device in the time zone other than the extracted overlap time zone.
