<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily incorporate a printed board in an air conditioner in which an electric component disposed on the printed board is cooled by a refrigerant used in a refrigerating cycle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The printed board (31) provided with a power element (33) is fixed to a bottom (40d) of an electric component box (40). The power element (33) is thermally connected to the bottom (40d) of the electric component box (40). The bottom (40d) of the electric component box (40) is cooled by the refrigerant.
