PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet in which change of luster or return of embossment caused by heat does not occurs even when the surface is embossed and which has solvent resistance and weatherability on the surface and excellent adhesion between layers. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet consists of three or more transparent thermoplastic resin layers. The uppermost transparent thermoplastic resin layer is made of a vinylidene fluoride type resin; the intermediate transparent thermoplastic resin layer is made of a mixed resin consisting of the vinylidene fluoride type resin and an acrylic resin; and the lowermost transparent thermoplastic resin layer is made of the acrylic resin.
