<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling container capable of easily transferring a content thereof in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The refilling container 1 has a bottomed cylindrical container body 4 with a content F being filled therein, and a mouth 2 of the container body is closed with a sealant 3. The container includes an outer cylinder 5 which surrounds the mouth from the outer side in the radial direction, and is fixed to the container body, and a blade cylindrical part 6 which is arranged on the inner side in the radial direction of the outer cylinder, and having a blade 13 facing the sealant from the outside of the container body along the direction of the axis O of the container.
